[Checkout Flow] Unable to Add New Card

If you add a card to your account from the checkout page, clicking “Save” after filling in all of the required information seemingly does nothing. It doesn’t show any success message or close the modal.

I redacted my card information for the sake of this being a public bug report, but it was there and it was valid nonetheless.

Update - it saves the card to your account, but can add the same card multiple times. The changes made are only effective upon refreshing the page.
