Why wasn’t I able to make a payment with my debit/credit card?

  • The merchant store you’re using many not support direct credit card payments.

  • Your card likely failed authorization. If there’s any pending charges on your account, please wait for them to clear before trying again. This could take up to 10 days, depending on your bank.
    FIX: Use another method of payment to complete your purchase. If the method you’d like to use isn’t supported by the merchant, you can contact them to try to get them to enable support.

  • Your card may have been flagged for fraud or unusual activity. If you see that you were still charged, you will be automatically refunded within 10 days.
    FIX: Contact your card provider or payment method account holder to ensure there are no red flags or holds against you.

Why wasn’t I able to make a payment with PayPal?

  • The merchant store you’re using may not support PayPal payments.
  • We were unable to authorize the payment against your account. Contact PayPal support to resolve this.
  • We determined that your payment could be fraudulent or unauthorized. Try again later, or from another device.

Why won’t my page load correctly?

If you’re having any of these problems:

  • Page freezing
  • Blank pages
  • You can’t complete a field or form
  • The page won’t load fully
  • You’re not properly redirected

Please try the following:

  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Ensure that any firewalls or blocking plugins are disabled
  • Ensure that your browser is up to date Check here…
  • Try using another browser or device to complete your payment
